Wight Nature Fund Biosphere Day

Join Wight Nature Fund for our Biosphere Day on the 5th July at Yarmouth Community Centre (CHOYD), a celebration of nature and community, highlighting the Isle of Wight’s UNESCO Biosphere status. Includes a group scavenger hunt, a guided walk and a whole day of displays, quizzes and refreshments at the hall.

10.30am-12.00pm: The Woodland Scavenger Hunt departs from CHOYD with a walk up to Mill Copse where the scavenger hunt will take place (please wear suitable footwear, toilet facilities available in CHOYD).

1.30pm-3.00pm: Guided walk to Mill Copse departs from CHOYD to explore the islands unique habitats and biosphere interaction.

Back at CHOYD, from 10.30am–3.00pm enjoy displays, quizzes, and refreshments.
